Hey love I would suggest trying the urban decay primer potion or the milani eyeshadow primer, which I’ve heard is a dupe for the UD. This is the only primer that’s worked for my oily, sweaty lids that crease easily. Blend it out while it’s wet, allow it to dry and make sure there’s no creasing on the lid before you begin your eyeshadow. I would also suggest investigating your skincare, specifically any eye creams, to see if that might be a factor by making the lid too oily or too dry, which could cause the shadow to slide around/crumble up. I hope this helps, good luck!!!

I haven't tried the Milani one but my current go-to is the Urban Decay Primer Potion. I had the Too Faced one back before they changed the formula and it was great too, maybe even better than UD but I haven't tried it since. Lise Watier makes my favourite formula I've tried, it's long-lasting and smoothing but it's pigmented and only comes in one colour (a warm medium-light skin tone) which was visibly dark/orange on me, and definitely wouldn't work for deep skin tones either.

Urban decay eye primer is incredible. I've never found a product that works as well. I just dab a bit on with my ring finger. The container lasts a long time and is worth the cost.
