I like to use the Nyx Jumbo eye pencils when I want really good brown pigment on my eyes, I usually use Espresso and then set it with a brown powder eyeshadow on top (I like Urban Decay palettes for their many browns of different depths, tones, etc)

I think it's due to the more minimal makeup that's on trend at the moment. One and done wash of colour, don't need anything else. I see their benefits but I'm not a fan simply by virtue of having semi hooded and oily lids - they don't stay put on me and crease like crazy. I am also of the era when NYX Milk was THEEE 'it' product of the makeup community and I bought it as a primer as that's how all influences were using it. I never got use out of it in the end, surely not as a primer lmao it was a mess

NYX jumbo eye pencil in milk! It gets recommended on this sub often and when I tried it for the first time recently, I finally got a light blue shimmer shadow to look how it’s supposed to!

Not bad!!! The colors are so pretty but I feel like you need more dimension. Maybe add a darker shade of blue or green to the outer corners to add some depth? I’d also try a white base (the NYX jumbo eye pencil in Milk is an awesome base!!) to make the colors look more vibrant.

Check out the NYX Jumbo Pencils. They have a frosted white and a champagne color you might like.

You'd be surprised at what a dark blue liner can do for you. I have green eyes (darker than yours) and I find that a very dark blue makes them brighter, the way any dark color does, and that the blue brings out the yellow tones of the green. Also, pink eye shadow is great stuff. ETA: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Blueberry Pop is a good blue
