Try defining your eyes with some liner but use a pencil and make it smudgy and messy. I use a mid toned brown like the nyx epic liner pencil in nude haze and draw a messy line (thin on inner half and thicker as I go toward the outer half) then use a dense eyeshadow brush to smudge it out. I also put a little bit on the outer half of my bottom lashes ans smudge that also. It gives a very sultry look but the brown keeps it looking natural. I will use a darker brown for special occasions. Black would look very baddie too. Concentrating the liner on the outer half of your eyes will give them a sexy cat eye look. Also try using a bolder blush and starting higher up and further back, like at your tragus, and blending it in and angled down just slightly. Almost like youre contouring with the blush. I persobally also love blush dragged over the bridge of the nose and on the sides of the nose right under the eyes, so it looks like a sunburny effect. I also think defining your brows may help! Try a colored brow gel. They're super easy!

Thread Analysis: The user is discussing issues with their NYX Epic Ink Eyeliner purchases.
I used to buy the black Epic Ink eyeliner a lot and preferred it over other liquid eyeliners I had tried. I recently bought the dark brown one for the first time. Even after shaking it up very well, it’s super watery and splotchy. I’m not sure if it’s a dud or if the newer colors just suck.

I recommend Nyx epic ink liner, affordable and durable. I have one black and one brown, love them both
