Maybelline has a line of superstay vinyl lipsticks that are supposed to have a shiny finish. Just a warning--they're probably pretty drying and would be tricky to wear 24/7, 365, but you typically have to trade longevity for hydration with lip products.

Maybelline Vinyl? I just bought one and it lasted for like 8 hours in 70% humidity and through eating and drinking.

I think it is gorgeous! For the lip you want to do something cool toned, so a cool toned nude, pink, or mauve colored lip product would go well. And doing it in a kind of elevated "my lips but better" shade would complete the look, without being too much or feeling like the lips are competing with the eyes. My go to lip product for special events is the Maybelline Vinyl Ink Liquid Lips, because they apply and look like a glossy liquid lip, but are super long lasting and transfer proof. I think the shade Cheeky would go well with this look. Other fantastic options would be the Elf Lip Stain in Pinkies Up or the Milani Lip Stain in Mauve Mentality (for the Milani the initial color will be a bit more saturated than what you want to go for, so apply it at least 10 minutes before any pictures or the ceremony and then blot it so you are left with the stain which will be lighter). These won't be completely transfer proof, but they will also be long lasting and low maintenance like the Maybelline. I have a drawer of at least 20 different lip stains from drug store to high end, and these two are my absolute favorite. And if you go with the lip stain, you can use a clear gloss over it without removing any of the stain (as long as the gloss is not oil based), if you feel you lips get really dry, or you just want to give them a little refresh. Especially after eating and drinking, or when you want to take more pictures later during the reception.

I only ever wear Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink or Revlon Colourstay Limitless Matte lipstick. They are both fantastic, the Maybelline is probably slightly better (plus I like the shape of the applicator). Oily food is probably the only challenge, but if you are careful you can make it work.
