I love colourpop. I have a bunch of their eyeshadow palettes. I find them to be blendable with a great payoff with pigment. It's also affordable. While I have both the Huda Beauty Icy Nude and the Colourpop Stone Cold Fox palettes, I find myself reaching for the colourpop ones way more. As for the packaging, it is fun. Why can't people have something they enjoy? I think with some of their collabs, they're feeding into the nostalgia factor. My husband owns his own business, all based on vintage toys and collectibles. Many people are chasing that nostalgia factor. For those of you who don't like it, there are plenty of other brands for you to use rather than dragging down a brand others love.

That’s what makes them cute 🤷🏼♀️ In all seriousness though, CP‘s quality is pretty damn good.

As a 30 something millennial who has crippling nostalgia over my youth, I absolutely want to look like I shopped at Claire's sometimes. I am here for the colorful palettes and Winx/Sailor moon packaging. I use the Going Coconuts palette almost daily when I wear makeup, I only paid $12 and have gotten so much out of it.

They look fine. Their target demographic is definitely not preteens lol all these collabs are usually aimed at people who actually remember these things (nostalgia). People just like fun you know. Although the collabs have been hit or miss lately.

Back in 2017/2018, ColourPop was the shit. Nobody was doing monochromatic 9 pans of every color of the rainbow like them, the eyeshadow wasn’t spectacular, but it wasn’t bad. especially for the price point. Their lippie pencils are what Kylie Jenner used for inspiration for her lip liner formulas (they were the exact same product made in the same factory) in her lip kits. I haven’t bought from them in a while, but they’re lovely for makeup beginners i would say. Not too expensive, lots of options and things to play with.

I disagree. They might put out a lot of products but their quality is still top-tier. I'd say even better than most drugstore brands

The quality is hit or miss. I've gotten a few new palettes (They're my favorite brand because I like color.) and some are good, some are bad. Packaging looks fine to me? Are you looking at the licensed stuff? Because well...yeah. It's going to look childish. Their normal stuff is just a normal jewel-case. Oddly enough, just because a company puts out a lot of products, doesn't mean you need to buy each and every one!

i have a love hate relationship with colourpop, on one hand i dont mind the more kiddish look of some of their products because im a sucker for fun packaging and ive always found their stuff to be decent quality so win win, on the other, yeah the collabs are a bit much. like im also not above buying dumb collab stuff because why not if im already looking for that sort of thing and its from a brand i think has decent quality stuff, but like, jesus christ, this is just a random lipstick colour you already carry why is it like, toy story 4 themed, what am i even looking at

i respectfully disagree.. I purchased Colourpop as recent as last holiday season - top quality for sure . I think what you buy makes a big diff.

I used to like their products but they seem to have started going downhill in quality. I’ve replaced with Half Magic.

I think ColourPop has decent quality products. I love their foundation. Packaging wise I would say I agree with you — the collab packaging definitely feels like something you’d see in Claire’s.

the colourpop liquid blushes are fantastic. I don't care enough about packaging to not buy something because of it if I like the product.

I loved Colourpop when they were newer and did less Collabs because the products and the Collabs were better! My favorite was the Disney Villains collection. I bought the whole thing and have never regretted it. Still use the highlighters I have left. I liked it when they put out awesome collections spaced better throughout the year so there were more opportunities to get things before they sold out or re-up later if needed, the collections were much more cohesive and actually made sense to the subject (color story/art/ type of product) and the products just worked better. Now it seems like they're putting out stuff every five minutes, the packaging is cheaper and rushed through with bare minimum design and the products are more miss than hit. I haven't bought anything from them in a hot minute.

My Peach Out palette is the best thing I have by them. I love the Peach Tea color. I'm trying to dupe it so I don't have to repurchase the palette after it's gone
